Office Manager
Meet Jade – Office Manager and the engine room behind Empire Real Estate Agency. Working closely alongside Vicki, Jade plays an integral role in keeping the wheels turning, the systems humming and the entire team supported every step of the way.
Highly organised, detail-driven and always one step ahead, Jade has a natural ability to bring structure and efficiency to even the busiest of days. Affectionately known as our “Admin Guru,” she is the person behind the scenes ensuring processes are followed, deadlines are met, communication stays on track and nothing slips through the cracks.
As Office Manager, Jade oversees the day-to-day administration and operational support of the agency, assisting across both Property Management and Sales. Her attention to detail, strong organisational skills and commitment to getting things right help ensure our clients continue to receive the responsive, professional and personalised service Empire is known for.
Jade is also a trusted point of contact for our clients, tenants, contractors and team. Approachable, dependable and solutions-focused, she has a talent for anticipating what is needed, resolving challenges and making complex processes appear effortless.
